Schoolscience.co.uk is a site with many relevant tutorials, particularly in the section for 16 -19 year olds.

The Vtaide.com web site contains interactive maps of several body systems, multiple choice questions and crosswords.

GetBodySmart.com contains interactive tutorials on most of the body's systems.

Human Anatomy Online has an interactive visual tour of the body's systems.
